What we offer
Six ways we support your team
Choose one, or combine them. Many services start with a new admission or an incident review, then keep the staff support line.
New admissions and transitions
Planning for a new resident's arrival: what helps them settle, what to avoid, and a plan your staff can follow from day one.
Behaviour support plans
Positive Behaviour Support plans structured around the HIQA standards your service is inspected against.
Incident review and staff debrief
After a serious incident, we review what happened with your team and update the plan, so the same pattern is less likely to repeat.
Staff support line
Your team can call us when things get difficult, for one fixed monthly fee. Hours and response time are agreed with each service.
Staff training
Half-day or full-day training on de-escalation, Positive Behaviour Support and post-incident reviews, shaped around your service.
Restrictive practice review
Systematic review and reduction planning for physical and environmental restrictive practices, as part of your multidisciplinary oversight.

Questions
Questions from services
Do your behaviour support plans align with HIQA standards?
Yes. Our plans are structured around the HIQA regulations and standards that apply to your service, with an emphasis on least restrictive practice and multidisciplinary oversight. Compliance remains the responsibility of the registered provider; our role is to give your team the clinical documentation and day-to-day practice that support it.
Do you work with adults as well as children?
Yes. We support children's and adult services, including respite, residential, disability and nursing home settings.
How does the staff support line work?
For a monthly fee, your team can phone us for advice when a situation is difficult. Hours and response time are agreed with each service.
How is the work quoted and invoiced?
Each piece of work is quoted individually: sessions or days, travel at mileage rates, and any written reports. We ask for a purchase order before work starts and send one invoice a month.
