Why it matters

Why companies do this

  • Keep experienced staff

Parents of neurodivergent children often juggle school calls, appointments and hard mornings. Practical support helps them stay well at work.

  • Confident managers

Managers learn how to respond well when a parent asks for flexible working, which parents and carers can request under the Work Life Balance Act 2023.

  • Real inclusion

Content for your inclusion calendar that is practical and neuro-affirming, from a Chartered Behavioural Psychologist.

What we offer

Five ways to support your staff

Start with one talk. Add more when it works for your people.

  • One talk

A 60-minute online talk at lunchtime, open to all staff.

  • A talk series

Four 45-minute sessions over a quarter, for your parents and carers network.

  • Manager briefing

90 minutes on supporting working parents of neurodivergent children, including flexible working requests.

  • Family support credits

Your company pre-buys session credits. Staff book directly with us using a code, for example with the company covering half the cost or the first three sessions.

  • Annual partnership

Four talks, a monthly drop-in Q&A and a pool of credits, on one annual invoice.

Confidential by design

Your company sees: attendance numbers, how many credits have been used, and anonymous feedback.

Your company never sees: who used a credit, or anything about any employee's child.
