The question everyone asks
Does online support really work?
Yes. Parent mentoring works well online because the person who changes the day-to-day is you, with our guidance at every step, so you're not doing it alone, and we coach you in your own home.
Where direct observation is needed, we use video and, where possible, arrange a visit.
What online can't replace is a full behaviour assessment. That needs at least 4 visits in person, so if we think your child needs one, we'll tell you on the free call.

How it works
What working together online looks like
A free 30-minute call
By phone or video. Tell us what's been happening.
Video sessions every week or fortnight
On Google Meet, from a laptop or phone, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, and Tuesdays until 7pm.
Try it between sessions
Each session ends with something small to try. Next time we look at what happened and adjust.
If you need someone in the room
In person, near and far
Anywhere in Co. Kildare, and within 40 km of Donadea (about 45 minutes' drive), home and school visits carry no travel charge. Up to 80 km by road, we add mileage and quote it before you commit. Further than that, in-person visits are by arrangement.
A behaviour assessment needs at least 4 visits, spread over 4 to 6 weeks, so we see your child on different days and in different settings. Complex cases may need more.

Can you visit us in person?

How soon can we start?
The next free call date is always shown on this page. Work can usually start within a week of your free call, depending on your availability.
Do I need a diagnosis?
No. Please note: we do not currently provide autism or ADHD diagnostic assessments. We help with behaviour now, with or without a diagnosis.
